1. Use of the Platform

OTMGPT provides AI-powered tools designed to assist users with affiliate marketing, content generation, and marketing strategy. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the software
• Distribute automated spam, misleading content, or malicious material
• Use the platform to violate intellectual property rights
• Resell access to the platform without our written authorization

2. Subscription Pricing

OTMGPT uses a progressive pricing structure. Your subscription fee increases by $10 per month until reaching the capped subscription price of $120/month.

You will always be notified before any billing increase. By subscribing, you consent to this pricing structure. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

3. Affiliate Program

Users may participate in the OTMGPT affiliate program and earn commissions for referring new subscribers. Affiliate commissions are currently set at 50% recurring and are subject to change with notice.

Commissions may be suspended or revoked in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Affiliates must disclose their relationship with OTMGPT when recommending the platform.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

OTMGPT does not guarantee income results. Affiliate marketing success depends on individual effort, strategy, audience, and external market conditions. Any income examples presented are illustrative and not guarantees of results.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy listed on this website.

6. Platform Availability

We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance, improvements, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on this platform are the property of OTMGPT and its owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

OTMGPT is not responsible for financial losses, business decisions, or marketing outcomes resulting from use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable federal and state law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
